Sponsorship Program – Sponsors
NAME SPONSOR (€20,000 + VAT)
The Name Sponsor’s logo will be placed right next to the central logo of the Hellenic Innovation Forum with the note: “Name sponsor” 3rd Hellenic Innovation Forum.
The Name Sponsor will present a 3’ corporate promotional video at the main conference.
A Name Sponsor’s executive will be entitled to a 10’ keynote speech during the main conference.
A Name Sponsor’s executive will participate in one of the forum’s scheduled panels.
Corporate presentation of 1 hour and 15’ duration for 200 guests of the Name Sponsor in adjacent hall.
Access to the main conference and the Innovation Exhibition for all guests of Name Sponsor.
The Name Sponsor may have a 5m x 3m (maximum dimensions) stand in the exhibition area of the event.
The Name Sponsor’s logo will be on all visuals of the conference (advertisements, invitations, banners, central stage etc.).
The Name Sponsor will have a prominent position on all printed and electronic promotional materials of the event.
The Name Sponsor may provide promotional material to be inserted in the conference bag.
The Name Sponsor’s logo and short company profile will be included in the book of the event which will be distributed to all participants of the main forum.
The Name Sponsor will receive a detailed report of the conference (presentations, photos and videos).
GOLD SPONSOR (€15,000 + VAT)
A Gold Sponsor’s executive will be entitled to a 10’ keynote speech during the main conference.

EXHIBITOR (€ 2,000 + VAT)
The Company may have a 2m x 2m (maximum dimensions) stand in the exhibition area of the event.
50 invitations to the main conference and the Innovation Exhibition for company’s guests.
The company may provide promotional material to be inserted in the conference bag.
The company’s logo will be on all visuals of the conference (advertisements, invitations, banners, central stage etc.).
The company’s logo and short company profile will be included in the book of the event which will be distributed to all participants of the main forum.
The company will receive a detailed report of the conference (presentations, photos and videos).
INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION (€ 50 +VAT)
Attendance of the main conference, access to Innovation Exhibition and option to apply for attendance of corporate presentations (the latter is subject to approval by presenting company).
Attendance is free for guests invited by Sponsors or companies entitled to Corporate Participation or Corporate Presentation package as well as Exhibitors.
Important Notes
- Participants of the main forum will be offered lunch and coffee breaks at the conference area.
- For corporate presentations, the Organizers will provide the hall and visual and audio equipment.
- Companies will have the possibility to choose one of the Organizers’ coffee and/or refreshments packages to offer to their guests.
- Participating companies will be exclusively responsible for inviting their guests (sending invitations, confirmation of participations, submission of participants’ details to the secretariat of the multi-conference, organizing and operating their own support offices).
